Please note: meeting the eligibility requirements does not guarantee admission to North Park Manor or Fisgard House. It only gives you access to the application process. If there is no vacancy, all applicants are placed on a waiting list. See our eligibility disclaimer.

The waiting list

  • The waiting list is at least 3 months.
  • Applicants are not contacted until they reach the short list.
  • Exceptions to the waiting list may occur based on need and the availability of suites.
  • Credit checks may be done on applicants.
  • Keep your application current: contact us after 3 months with any updated information and current bank statements. This helps us move quickly once a suite is available.
  • For accurate information about the waiting list and vacancies, please contact the office directly.
